1. Provider

Andreas Auerbach as owner of the Hans Jakob Meyer estate.

2. Prices

Works are offered at the displayed price. Prices shown in local currency (CHF base, converted, rounded up to 100). Includes Swiss VAT; excludes shipping and customs.

3. Contract

Concluded on acceptance of the order. Subject to availability for unique pieces.

4. Payment

Via Stripe and PayPal: cards, Apple/Google Pay, TWINT (CH), Wero (EU). We do not store card or bank data.

5. Shipping

After receipt of payment. Carrier, cost and time agreed individually.

6. Returns

EU consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal (see Cancellation). Switzerland: 14 days voluntarily from receipt.

7. Law / venue

Swiss law, UN Sales Convention excluded. Venue Zurich.
